TALATON EAST DEVON Self Contained G/F Holiday Annex - For a couple (+ Baby). Small to medium dog welcome, so are bicycles and surfboards etc. Plenty of parking available.
The annex is part of a traditional style Farmhouse nestling in five acres of land (now a horticultural nursery) and is surrounded by rolling fields and beautiful views.

Talaton is only 2 miles from the A30 and equidistant between Exeter and Honiton and only 9 miles from the coast at the lovely regency town of Sidmouth and the Jurassic Coast. Talaton is still a real village with a true community spirit; we still have a Pub, a Village Shop (run by volunteers for the past 15yrs), lovely old Church and village hall. There are various activities going on throughout the year. Talaton is surrounded by open countryside, with public footpaths and many other little villages, usually boasting a good pub and an interesting old church. We are not far from the cathedral city of Exeter with all its shops, museums, art galleries and pavement cafes. Both Dartmoor and Exmoor are within easy reach.
The land is divided between an Orchard, a Field and the Nursery. You are welcome to wander at your leisure. We keep our own hens, so fresh eggs are available at any time. We are quite happy to have a small to medium dog here and you are welcome to bring bicycles and surfboards etc.
Outside there are table and chairs for your use in the orchard.
