Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Refunds

Plants and trees are guaranteed for 7 days from receipt and can be returned for a full refund (excluding p&p) or replacement at any time during this period. Returned items must be returned in condition supplied. This is also subject to the following:

Collection

All purchases can be collected from our nursery free of charge; Creative Plants, Lashbrook Farmhouse, Talaton, Devon, EX5 2RU.

(Please phone 01404 850163 to make an appointment for collections, this also applies to viewing).

Description of Plants

Due to the unique and living nature of plants and trees, there may be slight variations in sizes stated on the web site.

Payment

Payment to Creative Plants is required within 10 days of purchase, please notify us if this is not possible. We accept payment via PayPal, Cheque, Postal Order or Bankers Draft.

If sending payment by postal order, please ensure you make it payable to Creative Plants and keep the stub safe. In the event of the postal order going astray in the post. You would then be able to cancel the postal order to prevent others from cashing it. It is recommended that you Postal Orders are sent Recorded Delivery, so that you have a record of the payment having reached us.

What happens if i have not received my item/s

In this unlikely event, please notify us as soon as possible, so that problems can be resolved. We advise the following;

Obtain proof of posting for all payments
Record cheque numbers etc
Retain postal order stubs

When you complete a PayPal payment, we will know you have paid.. If within 48 hours of making a PayPal payment, you have not received feedback from us, please get in contact with us.
